...Duh?And then at year's end, it comes down to this: Notre Dame or Georgia Tech for the final playoff bid. If that happens, rest assured, Notre Dame is definitely in the playoff and not the ACC.
Notre Dame is good, but I am not convinced they won't lose 2-3 games this year. They had a fantastic game against us, however, some here are putting them way too far up on a pedestal.
I wouldn't say definitely. If ND loses to Clemson and we beat Clemson (possibly twice), then all bets are off.
We lost. ND has the leg up for now. Duke had a leg up on us late in the season last year, but they didn't win the division. Miami had a leg up in game 3 of 2009.
It is a long season.
Good point. If we beat Clemson, that would be the only win of the three that was on the road. It'll matter the scores also.
We won't be going undefeated. ABack blocking isn't good enough. Not close. Can we make the ACCCG? Yes.
I'll take that and a uga win.
But I've seen the team improve over the season before so sky's still the limit. One thing is certain, we never know how to handle some media love. It's like we always have to be the underdogs to win on the big stage.
While that may be historically and coincidentally true, I refuse to believe the reason for the loss has anything to do with media love.
I wonder how many missed assignments we had in 09' at Miami.
They beat the hell out of us but we had a few late passing TD's to make the score respectable.
Trivia time.....what future Pro-Bowler had his first collegiate catch and TD in that game? No cheating!
Note: I cheated.
Notre Dame didn't manhandle us we sort of manhandled ourselves. I'd love to get another shot at them somewhere down the line.
