Notre Dame has to vacate 2012 and 2013 seasons

This s*** has to go beyond the NCAA if it's going to stop. The value of the university's transcripts is now in question. Those players presumably have degrees they didn't earn. Integrity in transcripts is the foundation of higher education.

UNC had people accidentally earning minor degrees because they enrolled in so many of the paper courses for the automatic A's without ever showing up to class.

Perhaps, but we all have a responsibility to know who we are dealing with.

Much as I dislike ND, this line jumps out at me. Any lawyers want to weigh in on the NCAA ruling and this person's employment rights?
 
NCAA needs to look a little deeper as to why Tuitt's and Lynch's parents both refused to sign papers for GT and FSU respectively in favor of ND in that span.
