Notre Dame has to vacate 2012 and 2013 seasons

If they were in the playoff picture, you never would have heard of this. Just an excuse to fire a coach and maybe negotiate to lessen the buyout.
 
I, personally, will not be satisfied with the NCAA's punishment for Notre Dame until the mutant crow-people listlessly stilt-walk the radioactive salt plains that stretch to all horizons visible from under the permanently blackened skies of the state of Indiana. That has nothing to do with this incident, though.

Much as I dislike ND, this line jumps out at me. Any lawyers want to weigh in on the NCAA ruling and this person's employment rights?

That's a common penalty in securities regulation. FWIW.
 
Notre Dame is irrelevant. Sad how people still act like they are relevant. They haven't won anything in almost 30 years.

Which makes me wonder why some on here think we should bend over beyond backwards and admit any other team to the ACC that n.d. demands we do so as to get them on board. F them
 
Notre Dame is going to vacate something else after USC gets through with them this Saturday.

Unfortunately the sports media are the main culprits.

That is why the rest of us still hate them. I only waste time on it until they lose a couple of games so they can't be overhyped into a championship game or playoffs. Fortunately since 1988 or so most years I am done with them by Oct 1st!
