NYE Bowl Games Thread

I thought we already learned this season that the MAC is a better conference than the ACC. This should come as no surprise.
No, all we learned is the best in the MAC is better than the bottom of the ACC.
And decent MAC is better than the best in the ACC.
Which adds up to ....

The MAC being better than the ACC.

Anybody else notice the commentator who demonstrated something like self-awareness earlier? "We'll try not to keep saying that over and over again this afternoon, but it is part of the story.." about the Alabama transfer on the Bearcats. He seemed vaguely human there for just a moment, gave me the creeps.

Cincy offense looks like typical spread…moves the ball but struggles when field shortens. Bama sniffed out the trap-bootleg (or whatever you call it) on 3rd down. Will be interesting to see what adjustments they make.

Just looked up Wake Forest and Cincinnati's last five recruiting classes (through 2021).
Cincy - 3 in the 60s, 2 in the 40s.
Wake - 3 in the 60s, 2 each at No. 59

Must have better juice

Yep, that one on the holder. I do believe Bammer’s talent will begin to wear Cincy out by middle of 3rd quarter. But, they need to keep pounding the rock.

Talent advantage is the key??? Yes. Bama's talented head coach. Nick Satan.

Anyway, turning this snoozefest off. I doubt that Cinci will ever even reach 17 with that high school offense.

And...goodnight Cincy, thanks for playing. Now go back to your G5 hole in the ground.
