2 plays later and the announcer says OSU isn’t even bothering to disguise their blitz any more as they sack the quarterback

The NCAA rulebook does not mention how to toss the coin at all, while surprisingly the NFL does. The NFL rule was apparently added just last year.

Louisville's defense is awful. I don't know if they have been awful all year; but they are awful today. They are worse than anything I've seen at GT recently, and by recently I mean all the way back to at least Dave Wommack. They are like 51-7 bad in this first half so far.
