When Marshall popped up, I looked him up this morning on 247. He was 88 ranked 42 nationally in RB, which was below Groves. Now that he signed with Tech, he's an 89 and ranked 32 in RB, which puts him ahead of Groves. Look whose recruits are getting rating bumps after signing!

NIL is definitely having an impact, but Key and staff deserve a lot of the credit
