Sadly fairly common for these games across the board when one team is disappointed with their bowl placement. That was true even decades ago, but definitely more so now.

We were fired up to be in any bowl last year. I think the players probably felt this years placement was worse, in spite of the fact I guess its technically a slightly better bowl.

Just got caught up to live game time. What a BS game by the refs, multiple blatant o-line holds going uncalled, PI that the rules expert even called crap, and straight up tackling the punt returner. Our defense is struggling enough without the zebras putting the finger on the scale.

Rarely am I glad I didn’t go to a game. With the shit officiating and bad weather, this is one of those occasions.
