Hello, my jolly good fellows. May I offer you a zima?
I'm talking about the voodoo of itI bet the players are reading the message boards during halftime.
Yeah, if you’re letting a 170 pound QB run over you on defense, that’s not tough. That is and never will be tough. You don’t have to be tough to get a fumble out of someone, that’s just you hitting them in the right spot.Of course they do. But you said our defense isn't tough because they're letting UVA's QB run all over them.
I'm saying that is ridiculous. In one half their QB ran for 21 yards and lost one fumble. That is not great. Meanwhile our D had four tackles for losses and forced two turnovers while holding them to 13 points.
Again, our defense definitely has a lot of issues. But I don't see how you can look at that half of football and dump on them for not being tough.
transition is complete

I really think Key just needed time for his guys to get bulked up and learn what toughness is. Once things clicked, they’ve really clicked.Geez, every big run on replay features Weston Franklin on top of a UVA defender sucking their blood out.
This game between the tackles reminds me so much of 2014 when a converted WR and a converted QB took turns having 100 yard games at BBack behind Shaq Mason.
