Yea no, he was once called an elite defensive coach by others, and he used that to help the defense. You just didn't want to see it.

We're playing a team that hasn't lost in years. That romped two good teams in Tennessee and Ole Miss, We were leading after one quarter and looked like we had a fighting chance at half. If we had a mediocre defense, we are likely down by 3-7 right now. With enough alcohol I'll be able to cope with this. 1997, 2013 were much more painful.
