By far the worst online side effect of having a terrible team is the number of fans we have who are literally incapable of discussing the games - even if only during the goddamn ööööing games - outside of the context of their personal hatred for the coach. At least in the basketball board, it's just one dumbass. The football board has a dozen of them actually vocally enjoying the fact that Tech is losing and since the ööööing pussies on this board whined and cried about people getting banned, the mods won't actually ax the mental midgets who deserve it.

It won't matter as long as he is the coach, but it could still help when we're hiring his replacement a year from now. Sure, there will be attrition via the portal with a coaching change, but I doubt it would be a mass exodus.
