Is there a running clock? Why in the hell was the clock still running when he went out of bounds?

It stopped for a few seconds, then restarted. As it always does when there's more than 2 minutes left in the half.

Collins is in over his head. Penalties, turnovers and nobody get taken out of the game. Fake punt from the other teams 29 yard line. Another ill conceived onside kick. He does love his players. We can all be thankful for that.

I bet they would choose winning over being lived

OL was truly recruited for a completely different system. And they are not complete garbage.

Nobody is garbage. But our coaches are terrible.

Guys, the clock doesn't stop until the snap just because you go out of bounds. That only applies under two minutes.
