We are slow, short and undersized throughout the roster. Not sure play calls you want to mask that unless you’re asking for the 3O

Not really. Short and undersized on the lines of scrimmage (which is critical); but not so much elsewhere. We aren't slow compared to other teams in the Coastal at least.
