He's playing terribly. No doubt. If we had a halfway competent O line, would he play any better? Don't know.

But if you're gonna pull him, you need to have someone better to put in his place. Do we? If so,what have we been waiting on?

IMO, first job for new coach is to send Sims packing and find the best option he can - either in High School or in The Portal - to replace him.
