Easier said than done when looking down field, I’d imagine. Maybe he is too quick to look downfield without understanding where everyone is at the line. As you say, it’s not like these were delayed blitzes and he had forever to act. They are coming on the snap. Could be acclimation to the speed of the game.
 
Sims has been terrible for 2 weeks. Nothing wrong with sitting him. It’s not a career move but he’s simply to mistake prone at this point.
 
I’ve seen better kicking in high school than college for the last few years .. why the hell is that

Nah that last one was a switch blitz and it took the linebacker around 3 seconds to get to the QB. (How long a QB normally has in the pocket)

I remember Reggie. Calvin Johnson was the first player I ever remember being a true fan of. All he did was brave it to CJ21.
