Cruised the Syracuse board, they’re baffled as well. That ref appears to be the only person affiliated with this game to think that wasn’t targeting.

That went about as poorly as possible but at least we're still up 8. Time fir a reset.

The real question is how the refs on the field didn't flag it as roughing at the very least. Should not even have to go to booth initiated targetting review.

If that wasn't targeting, then why even have targeting in the rule book?

So that they can call it on us when a RB lowers their head into the defenders and headbutts him.

Between the Haynes fumble, the garbage pick by King, the absolutely horrible 3rd down play calling, total abandonment of the run game for no reason (again), and piss poor tackling... gonna take a miracle to sneak out with a win
