Passers are defenseless players.

Targeting is “forcible contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless opponent with the helmet, forearm, hand, fist, elbow or shoulder.”

The explanation from the ACC office was: “It was a forcible blow but not targeting”.

Which is accurate (it was a forcible blow and they didn’t call targeting).

It’s there own ööööing fault that they’re out there so long. All they have to do it stop the other teams offense.

I’m convinced they all go to the locker room at the half and play video games. They sure AF aren’t making in game adjustments.
