I think there's something to letting the game get warmed up before bringing Sims in. He is just truly awful at starting a game, but he can be good if gets brought in when a game flow has developed.

Stop being a cheap bastard and get some real provider. That's what a real Tech fan who can't attend the games would do. I'm watching the ACCN on FuBO on my big screen with zero issues.
