May be wrong, feels like it was partly on Norris too there.

WRs should always fight back to the ball for a yd or so to make it harder for DBs to pick it off, Norris seems to be the kind of WRs , that doesn't like contact very much and won't do those things, however on that one with a 14-0 lead you throw it OoB and punt, gotta have improved situational awareness by Sims
