The CPJ era was over. The excitement had faded and a change was needed. But you can never convince me that we didn't get ööööed over by our own admin by handicapping CPJ with no money to hire coaches worth a damn. If the admin, fans, boosters, etc. had actually supported him and appreciated what we had, things would have been completely different.

Watching us get butt ööööed by Citadel is the perfect storm of events, because it simultaneously showcases our old offense working and our new offense ööööting its pants despite us having a significant talent advantage.
