I don't blame Collins for calling a TO there but he should've warned the guys the clock would start on the spot

We had a good offensive play call clearly

I absolutely blame Collins for not knowing clock would run. He would have used the TO and kept 23 seconds if he know clock would start running.

10 second runoff, clock with start at the snap
To
No touchdown, timeout was called before the snap
To
Clock should read 6 seconds because 7 seconds ran off the clock before the timeout
