I never get tired of posting this clip:

I'll be your Huckleberry. JACKETTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!YELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
One of UVA's primary colors is blue, so we have blue end zones. You just can't make this crap up. WOW
That makes absolutely no difference. Our PRIMARY colors are Gold and White. That is our BRAND. You don't see other schools in the country using a secondary color in their end zones, or, for that matter, differing colors from week to week. UT is known for their checkerboard end zones, and they never change them. Why can't Tech capitalize ALWAYS on its brand and be the White and Gold that we sing about at every game? Makes no sense at all. In fact, it's just plain STUPID.Yep, I know that when I see a navy and gold endzone spelling out GEORGIA TECH in giant letters, the first thing I think is UVA.

Tonight will be my first game in 2-3 years. I'm a little blurry on what year it was because at the time I had no idea what year it was. "Hype" seems woefully inadequate to describe how I am feeling. Cannot wait.I successfully outmaneuvered the wife's last minute "why don't you just stay home and watch it on tv" ploy. It's been too long since I've seen a night game at BDS@HGF with a genuinely hyped and optimistic crowd. I'm bringing the noise on 3rd downs, hope I'm not alone. Let's ööööing do this. Go Jackets!
öööö off. Go start a uniform color/field color thread and have fun there so the rest of us can ignore the hell out of you with less effort. That makes absolutely no difference. I realize that, but still blue is blue, and that is not Techs brand. The end zones should always be green with Gold "GEORGIA TECH", or more accurately, white with Gold "GEORGIA TECH". Why change our brand, one, I might add, that has been ours since the early part of the 20th century, or whenever the song "Up With the White and Gold" was written and adopted as our number 2 fight song?nm Go Jackets!
The Gold in "GEORGIA TECH" in the end zone has not changed. The only change is whether the background is the color of the turf, or (SHOULD ALWAYS BE) White, or unfortunately blue. The fact that a proper shade of gold has not been determined is Adidas' fault and, one would think, COULD be easily remedied, except perhaps for gold helmets, being metallic.Have to bring in Blue because Tech can't get the Gold right. How many times has UTenn changed their orange in the last 20 years? Zero, I would venture to guess.
Maybe fans should start arguing over the right shade of blue. Reverse psychology.
The real original Tech never had anything in its endzones and wasn't called the Yellow Jackets. The color of the sky hadn't even been synthesized yet, let alone the ocean. The Gold in "GEORGIA TECH" in the end zone has not changed. I don’t let him anywhere near my anus, he’s too cheap for that kind of action. You and @Akinji07 enjoy your anus fondling
I mean, come on... What are we going to do? Have a white endzone? A gold endzone would be an eyesore. I don't understand why people hate the blue so much. That makes absolutely no difference. The bad-luck-blue jackets are going down tonight like they always do at Bobby Dodd. Tech should have kept the White and Gold going. Too bad.
