Miami is not a top 10 team

Both these teams looked better than us.
Miami’s got a QB that can run and drop dimes to open receivers. (Only a couple of stellar plays by beat NC State DBs kept King’s stats from being even more gaudy.) And they have a big white tight end that’s always open underneath. Doesn’t seem like a good matchup for us, especially since Miami avoided the “give up” loss and is still playing for a remote shot at the ACCCG.
NC State has a stud DE and a pretty sure-tackling defense. The secondary had some lapses but made some plays, too. Their QB threaded some needles. Their RB looks really good. They’ll be a handful for us, too.
Hopefully we can pick up wins against a depleted Pitt team and Duke, or else we’re looking at a regression in our record this season.
