Last week’s game was unbearable to watch due to officiating.

Can the refs blame their incompetence on COVID?
 
I don't think it matters what our defense does. The refs literally are not going to let this drive end in anything but a Pitt TD.
 
Lol. It was a weak hit oob but you could see it coming a mile away, before the flag even came out. They've been calling the game tight all night and he definitely hit oob and did the follow through with the arms.

I honestly thought I'd never see more deliberate screwjobs than when FSU was at its height, but at least those refs were professionals about ööööing teams over. Egregious isn't the word for what we're watching. These refs should be fired before they reach the locker room. I don't know what the penalty is now for a coach talking about the officials after a game, but whatever it is, Collins needs to take it. This is like something out of a terribly written sports movie.

Pickett jumped oob literally right before contact. Thomas pulled up and intentionally did NOT follow through. I don’t know how that’s a foul in any contact sport.
