Opposing DCs take note, only run zone versus Sims.
That was a bad decision. I hope he’s learned a lot since last season.

It is a gift to make something that should be hard look effortless.
Of course you are sort of cheating if it actually IS effortless.
Not us, but preseason football news relating to one of our former players. Graham dealing with some kind of personal issues and missed Southern’s first scrimmage
Georgia Southern scrimmage features Tomlin, Cigelske but not Georgia Tech transfer Graham
Georgia Southern's first football scrimmage this spring featured many players to watch but not Georgia Tech transfer James Graham at quarterback.www.savannahnow.com
You never know with a player. Maybe the love of the game is just gone for Graham. My sources tell me the GSU coaches are kinda down on Graham.

I’m looking at ‘em and they’ve won six games combined the last two years. I want six wins-plus this year. That’s what I’m trying to look at.
if you get that quantum year-three-leap -- which is sort of the sum greater than the individual parts instead of the inverse, which it’s like sometimes when you’re overturning a culture the first two years -- if that happens, and part of that click, part of that year-three click is a year-two with your quarterback there in Jeff Sims, then all of a sudden you have what it takes to win those games. And so I’m just counting on that.
Cant disagree with your post, hopefully we can break the sequence of past events and get on a roll with all the good recruiting that we've had lately!Who cares what anyone thinks at this point. People, including media types, are predictable. All GT has to do is win and the love will flow. It’s easily predictable. Just like after week 1, one of Clemson or UGA will get blasted for losing. Then after the loser rattles off 5-6 wins a row they’ll be back to “championship caliber”. It’s all predictable. The problem GT has had is that every time the media starts to give us love we give them reasons to pull back. We haven’t been able to sustain anything for decades. And we darn sure haven’t given anyone any reason to even think about us since the Orange Bowl win which was 7 years ago. If I wasn’t an alum and fan I sure wouldn’t give us any respect at all. Collins recruiting is the only hope we have moving forward.
Take a look at hoops. We have everyone’s attention by winning the ACC tourney. Do we capitalize on the success or do we do what GT does and fall back?
