Well I got the SC parking pass. I think it works for the lot next to it too but if it's the deck then yeah we'll go to the top floor.

I think it works for the lot to the left of the SC, but not to the right. That may be your better option, because I don't think tents or grills are allowed on or in any parking decks. Check out the GT game day ap. It lists all tailgating policies.
