Got taken straight to the hospital, but apparently still is conscious and has movement in his extremities.

I saw it and the slowmo replays live. Still hard to watch again. I've never seen a helmet flex like that taking so much force.

Not a big fan of most of the helmet-to-helmet calls... but this hit definitely deserves it. Hope dude is OK.

I would certainly hope so. I can see giving them the benefit of the doubt sometimes when its a one-on-one collision across the middle or wherever when a guy is just trying to make a play. But this was ridiculous. The dude was already being held up by 2 other guys and forward progress stopped. Absolutely no need for the idiot to come blow him up, especially with a head shot. If anything go help push the pile back to be sure forward progress is stopped or try to strip the ball out if you think it's still a live play.
