These announcers just talked over the top of a complete flag, review, and explanation. NBC is very very bad at football.
 
UCLA inside its own 40, 4th and 1, lines up and snaps it without any semblance of a plan. Predictably, it doesn't work, because 1) it's a pass play from the shotgun for whatever reason, and 2) they haven't been able to do anything but punt for two quarters. They are now definitely going to lose.
