Official Week 5 Other Games Thread

Volunteers are fighting. 10-0 midway through the 2nd quarter isn't too shabby, all things considered. Still hope for a fully just day.

edit: nm sack lol

A Coke tailgate commercial with two different UG takes and nothing for us.

öööö you, Coke

I love the guy circling the k state coach's face. I had the John Madden bucket thing going on in my head. "Here's a guy who really wants to jump off a bridge, you know? Not happy with his home life, and boom, punting, it's not good."

I really hate the chrome dome look. On the other hand, FSU's helmets would look spectacular if they were solid maroon without that absolutely stupid and inexplicable black on the bottom.

I like Louisville's shiny helmets. But I like shiny things in general.

I'm gonna teach you guys something about football. One of the reasons we lose to MTSU, Pitt, or USF is because we suck. We don't suck because our football coach cannot win. We suck because everyone knows you have to practice math over practicing football at GT. When they line up against us they are thinking "maybe I can NFL". When we line up we are thinking "maybe I can millionaire by talking on tv someday.

Which thread did you think you posted that in?

Should have been an interception at the goal line for Tennessee, killed by 3 dudes jumping offside.

Happening again in the Tennessee game. If a play is close to the first down, hold the ööööing camera there until the officials walk into view to mark the spot. The audience is not sitting at home anxiously awaiting your closeup shot of the backs of helmets of players picking themselves up off the turf, I promise.
