OMG - Postgame Thread

I feel like we won and lost three times. Reminded me of the 2014 ugag game at the end there
I think that one was previously the record for lowest ESPN % chance to win that still came back and won (or at least it was at the time). Pretty sure this beat that though.

Dude looked like he was in absolute shock and dismay. He could barely formulate words. Love to see it
he does have parkinson's but even with that he was stunned. .. he kind of giggled about it too which cracked me up. pure shock.

Given the circumstances this has to be the most improbable win in Georgia Tech history. It is definitely the most improbable win given the circumstances I have ever seen happen live and it is possibly the most improbable win given the circumstances of all time.

This game was OVER. Take the snap, take a knee, go celebrate. And they BLEW it. Even with that improbability it was still an extreme long shot to connect on the scramble Hail Mary and score.

Absolutely the most insane, unbelievable, incredibly unlikely finish I have ever seen. Thank God we were on the winning side of this one.

That kind of öööö will haunt you for life if you're on the wrong side of it.

NEVER QUIT! NEVER GIVE UP!

Un-ööööing-real.
What a time to be alive! I would rank this with the victory over FSU in 2015? with the blocked FG, and the sensational runback by our defense. Great victory for the Yellow Jackets, even though Miami may have gift wrapped it, I will take it all the same! GO JACKETS!!

OK, why not kick the XP. If they block it and run it back it’s still only 2 points. That kick makes it a 4-point lead. Have they changed the XP rule?
Math makes sense either way. They aren’t getting a field goal chance with 2 seconds left, it’s either TD or bust. So just take the knee and hope your kick coverage team does their job.
I had visions of the Miami Duke game from a couple years ago. Stressful for way too long!

I'm sure there are Tech fans who turned off their TVs and don't know yet
I turned it off when they got a first down and we had no TO’s left. Brushed my teeth and got into bed before glancing at my phone since I didn’t get the notification that says Miami beats GT 20-17. Saw that we somehow wound up with the ball and thought, “huh that’s funny, I should probably take a peak at what’s happening.”

Aaaand now I won’t sleep tonight.

I didn't understand that either except there's no way they'd get a field goal with 2 seconds left so it wouldn't matter anyway.

Watching the ACC wrap up. King has three road wins against AP ranked opponents over the past two seasons, No other QB has accomplished that.

What an absolute miracle!!!! I cannot believe the luck. We never get it. I was convinced we were going to get screwed by the refs saying that dive into the end zone was a slide. Wow. Just wow.
Yeah, I was thinking “Did he go down before crossing the goal line?” And why go down anyway? Was very afraid refs would screw us and we’d have to kick a FG to go to OT. Even more surprised that they didn’t overturn the fumble call.

Pretty silly but if they blocked it they could return it for a 2 pt conversion. And then get the ball down 1.
