On this date in 2013

yeah, that game was fun. All the fans and the team really embraced the weather and let it all out.
 
Ahhh yes....the monsoon game.

That turned out to be like Woodstock with a muddy as hell Music Midtown going on after the game. First time I’d ever heard the Arctic Monkeys and thought to myself “holy schnikes, is there actually still good rock bands?” Still a fan.

My Facebook posts from this game showed up in FB Memories today. That and @Clemson a few years ago were the hardest downpours I ever sat through.

I sit in 222 row three -the first row was filling up with water so bad no one could sit there.

Also, my wife and I had been dating about 3 months and she toughed it out for most of the game before retreating to the concourse. Knew then she was a keeper.

That day was crazy wet. Water cascading down the stairs and under the seats.
