Is the deck on 3rd street across from the Varsity? I remember a parking deck right across from the V that I used to park at back in the day but not sure if it's open to the public anymore. And it's conveniently next to 75/85.
 
The Block Party combined with rush hour traffic should be fun. It makes the North Ave bridge a bottle neck. I'll be leaving Mordor (Athens) around 3p to get down there from work.

They’re not closing North Ave for this one. HBP will be at Tech Green (by the Student Center) for this game, from what I saw.

When they said "Tech green", I thought they meant the Tech Tower Green. I won't be going to it anyway, but is there a separate green space by the Student Center?

That would be between the Student Center and Clough. Also...

- NCSU's run defense is not very good. Our OL and RB's should be able to run on them.
- which sets up Philo going deep to Singleton and Rutherford.
- and allows H&H to rest / heal up and be ready for Friday after Thanksgiving.
