One day many years from now....

We are all going to be on some GT messageboard reminiscing about how we had the chance to hire Chris Hatcher, but instead we hired Paul Johnson. Just think about how many games and championships we would not have won if we had hired him instead of Paul. Just think how our fortunes could have been dreadfully changed by that hire.

Apparently, the one thing that Drad was really exceptional at is not letting good coaches slip away.

Funny thing is, about 3 years ago I kept worrying about Tenuta getting a HC job, then Gailey doing bad and us firing him the next year and missing out on Tenuta. Now I'm hoping for PJ, CH, or RN over Tenuta.
 
Remember when Auburn wanted Bobby Petrino? And you wonder what hsitory would have been like if Curry had stayed here or if he had stayed at Bammer. My head is aching.

Thanks for reminding beej that we did in fact go after Fridge but he wasn't intersted. now if ND had offered O'l one year earlier, we could have had the fridge and life would be good.
