Opinions on - Famous Pub?

Anyone ever watched a game at Famous Pub @ Toco Hills? Do they have a lot of HDTV's? Do to they turn up the audio? How's the food?

We've watched at Hudson Grille in Brookhaven but the food is so average we're considering trying someplace else.

famous is pretty decent... a average amount of tech fans so thats cool...

they have two reallybig projection monitors on the main wall......they also have quite a few hdtv monitors fixed around the bar....i dont think they are actually carring a hd signal though---i dont know why all these bars spend the money for hd if they dont have the converters--making them carry it in SD

p.s.- the food is pretty decent..

i suggest the chicken fingers....it's like a whole bird.

Thanks, any other local places you'd recommend? I've got folks in from out of town and I don't want to take them to a place where we are the only Tech Fans.

there are other fans there too..if penn state plays--tons of them as it is the atl. home of penn state football

Taco Mac on Peachtree is pretty decent place to watch games....get there early--it gets rockin.
The one in Lindhberg station is good for gameday too...

there is a place on lenox called the bucket shop thats pretty good to watch football--however thats an auburn bar so you may want to check ahead to see if the tech uga game will be on

there is a place on jimmy carter or halcomb bridge called tj's thats fun to watch games....i believe they are a gator bar. maybe ut.
