I think OP has a point.

The teams we have lost to:
USF is 6-0
Clemson is 6-0
Duke is 5-1 (lost to VT)
Pitt is 3-4 but 3 of those losses are to undefeated UCF (6-0), undefeated ND (6-0) and Penn St.

Just imagine what our record would be if we had zero turnovers.
 
Lol yeah USF is 6-0 and is in top 25 right now but beat Tulsa by 1 point, beat East Carolina by one TD, and beat Illinois by 6 points. They could just as easily be 3-3. Also, UMass scored more on them than we did.
 
In the interests of honesty, each of the teams we lost to ended up with one more win by virtue of us losing to them.

"We suck because we have a losing record and luck had nothing to do with it. Teams with winning records also suck because they only won because of luck. There are only five good teams in the country, and they're all named Alabama."

The Sabanification of CFB will soon be complete. Alabama will just play all 120 FBS teams, one at a time, year after year, until they lose two in a row. Then we'll shut down the sport since obviously it causes brain damage even among fans.
