Order of release of information: Asst coaches, current players,& then media

I was just wondering if the media was going to "scoop" any of the current coaching staff or maybe players who haven't heard due to class...Any idea how they control the release of this information...Seems that it would be a shame for coaching staff or current players to find out from a classmate or from the media that they've lost their coach....This is going to be a interesting process.
