I must have misread the article that said that VT was gonna be one of the best teams in the ACC since they were returning so many starters. Let's see, return starters who sucked in 2023, weren't good enough to declare for NFL, wouldn't have been picked up by any major schools in the portal.....yea, VT is gonna be better because of that
