Born a GT man
First game was NC State in '90

NC State eh? Was that the infamous "giving him the business game"? All I can remember was that NC St played in whatever game that was.

Nope, that was far later than '90, and it wasn't even a GT game that it happened during.

Personally, I'm 21, and my first game was the UConn game when Reggie was sick and missed the game. My first game as a student was the notre dame game in '06. That atmosphere was absolutely electric. I'm still upset we pissed that game away...

36 in July - I was there for the UVA game in my uncle's seats. I started buying my own season tickets the following season. Before that I would sit in my dad's, uncles' or grandparents' seats.

As far as first games go, my parents would take me as a youngster in the early 80's and you could pretty much buy a ticket and sit wherever you wanted cuz there wasnt hardly anyone there. Moved out of the city in '91 which hampered my ablility to get to games but I made at least one every year from about '95 on. Freshman in Spring 2000, that lasted a year before my 19yr old butt got kicked out, i mean "asked not to come back".... 4 yrs USAF('02-'06) following along on the internet/tv when applicable in 'Dela-where?', now back in school at Southern Poly lookin to xfer back to GT Fall '10 with a more level head on my shoulders... been to every home game since '06 and just started season tix for '09

58, been a Tech fan since birth. First song I learned was IARWFGT, been singing it since and have no intentions to stop now. Just last week received my copy of the best college football game of 2008 from Enuratique and sat right down and enjoyed it ONE MORE TIME. Thanks Eric, you are my hero.

53. My first game in attendance was '65 Texas A&M. Close game. Defensive battle. We lost. I ain't been the same since.
