This is from a Cal blog, but has blurbs from different bowl officials and what they are looking for from the Pac-12. I'd agree that it looks like Cal has jumped above the Sun Bowl, and Utah is certainly a better choice for a bowl than floundering ASU.

Interesting read, although this instantly loses credibility when the blog referred to Dinich as ESPN's ACC "expert."
