Paul Johnson included on the 2023 College Football Hall of Fame Class Ballot

I wonder what the NotCoachJohnson Twitter has to say about this ....

Will PJ make Bark Madley eat a sack lunch off his taint at his induction? Will he take a ball peen hammer to Beamer?

Will he punch a dwag fan in the face? Will he say "Go Jackets!" to the greeter at Wal-Mart?

CPJ is an offensive genius.

I’ll always favor Fridge and Joe Ham in entertainment value.

But CPJ is better by any measure. He absolutely destroyed defenses that had better talent.

The UGA game in Athens against Stafford his first year, the ACC Championship over Clemson, and the Orange Bowl against Mississippi St. were just awesome.

He would have been a great OC at the NFL level too.

He belongs in the CFB Hall of Fame.

Here is my Top Ten games from the CPJ era on the Flats:

10. 2018: GT runs all over VT in CPJ's last Battle of the Techs. Georgia Tech quarterback Tobias Oliver rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns leading the jackets over the Hokies 49-28 in Blacksburg.

#8 2011: Georgia Tech knocked off undefeated and fifth-ranked Clemson 31-17 at Bobby Dodd Stadium on October 29, 2011. Jackets QB Tevin Washington rushed for a career-high 176 yards, the single-game school record for a signal caller as GT upsets Clemson 31-17.

#2 2014 Orange Bowl: QB Justin Thomas shined in Georgia Tech's first-ever Orange Bowl victory since 1952. Thomas rushed for 121 yards and three touchdowns while passing for 125 yards and a passing score. The Yellow Jackets win 49-34 and finish the season with a 11-3 record, their first 11-win season since the 2009 season.
