Performance Review - Sewak

Do you terminate Sewak's employment?

If Sewak is his friend, then Sewak needs to do the right thing and don't make it tough on CPJ. Surely Sewak knows the job is not getting done. Johnson probably realizes that Sewak, Preston, West and McCollum are not spring chickens and finding new jobs would be hard for some of them. Tough business.
