From Perkin's you tube video, they like to line him up in the slot or at WR from time to time and throw to him. He does run with enough power where he could easily play B back.
That said, Don't be surprised if he plays a fair bit at A back. That's what the coaches recruited him as, and I think his recieving skills are a big part of that thinking.
