players report today! practice tomorrow!

If I lived in Atlanta I'd be there. I'm just glad we're one step closer to some football. Sept 5th can't get here soon enough!!

During the open period, do the powers that be frown on info going from the practice field to message boards ? I really can't see how or why since they're "open" practices .... open to me means anybody. Right ? Wrong ? Also does anyone know if I can take my video camera ?

short answer; yes some info is alright on forums, no video camera

long answer; as long as you do not post information regarding injuries, formations, and what player is doing what. I think they banned cameras altogether, but they used to allow it until pictures of our formations got posted online

example:
acceptable. Jaybo looked good throwing the ball today. completed all of his passes.

unacceptable. Jaybo started working with the first team as an a-back running sweeps where he pulled up and threw the ball to Bebe running deep posts.
 
Maybe all the posts should go through a censor ..... " Team got there at 2:50 .... showed a lot of love ... practiced high fives and belly bumps .... CPJ bought ice cream for everyone and broke early for din-din. Team watched Brokeback Mountain , sang a few show tunes and got to bed early ".:laugher:
 
what time are the practices? I'm going to try to make it sometime this week.

If GT doesn't want pictures or reports coming out, wouldn't they make an official announcement about it or just close the practices?

Practices will be closed soon enough. PJ is trying to accomodate fan interest but within reason.

Nope. Roddy is just gonna run the ball to the deep post area and hand the ball to #8. Less chance for an int.
