Political Uga Cartoon

Needs to be more monosyllabic and spelled phonetically.

Come 2 uga
U touch girls
Class = easy
Get out of jail free

I ran across This article today. Fairly good nationally circulated article on the scum at the bottom of the cesspool.
My only disagreement with the writer is on his opinion that Coach Scum shouldn't lose the job yet as he can tighten the reins and clean up the program--these problems are just warning signs.

One, letting the program sink lower than the low it's always been should be grounds for dismissal and, two, there is no way in hel.....athens, same thing, that he will clean up anything, and three, I'm 55 and have understood football for at least 49 of those years, and I've known that they were lying, cheating, paying, covering lawlessness and criminal behavior, and harboring elementary-level "student"-athletes as long as I remember! There were warning signs before I was born!

The link in case my hyperlink didn't "do right".

This has already surpassed the Baylor scandal. Add in the deaths of a player and employee and one has to ask how much longer it’s worth employing Kirby Smart. If the answer is dictated by football wins then the UGA president has already cast his lot with the evil one. He is a liability. The only reason I can believe he is being kept is wins.
Bingo. It will continue to fall on deaf ears as long as they continue to win. The fact they have a law school at all tells you all you need to know about their shady institution.

Sometimes I think many of you live in an alternate universe. To ask if the UGA president has already cast his lot is a question from 50 years ago. Kirby was hired to win football games. He has won 2 straight seasons of games. That’s his job. His job is not to be a surrogate father or Uber driver for the players. You guys are missing the elephant. All that matters are wins and he is currently the best in the business. You can debate if it’s right or wrong but UGA has already made their decision about 50 years ago and yet you guys still don’t get it. Wins are all that matters to the top tier programs. That’s why they are top tier.

Lifelong Tech fan here, but this is just silly. If you have just been falsely arrested is your first call going to be to an engineer or a lawyer?

Included in that article is a link to this one about LSU ...https://www.outkick.com/lsu-football-coach-brian-kelly-should-have-looked-closer-at-frank-wilson-before-hiring-him/

This is all like the family member that everybody inside and outside the family knew was a little "odd", but nobody ever talked about. Everybody knows this kind of crap goes on in college athletics (not just football), but nobody ever talks about it. Now that people all over the country are talking about it, maybe MAYBE something will finally be done to address it.

It's time for fathers to ask: should I let my daughter work/ be preyed upon in this organization
The problem is that not all of these daughters are actually preyed upon; too many times, they willingly put themselves in a position where they are fully aware that something might happen. And many of these daughters' fathers either really don't care or are in complete denial of what might be the truth. And too, some of those daughters were hired just to meet certain "needs" of the athletes; in other words they are hookers hired by the athletics directors and coaches. Chandler LeCroy was a "recruiting analyst" (or whatever the official title was)??? Yeah, right.

Years of stingtalk's version anti-UGA insulting memes as rendered that political cartoon worthless. Anyone insulting UGA should have to go through a rigorous stingtalk approval process.

Not sure some skank DMing a 16 year old so she can show up at his hotel to blow him in the hotel room next to his parents is going to bring down the UGA factory. She’s the predator, if anything. Going to need more than that.

The infrastructure to get kids through legal issues is in place at pretty much every big program. Again, if they (football program) aren’t breaking laws I don’t think it’s a huge deal.

The player dying in a car driven by a drunk staffer is the only really damming incident, and that will get settled out of court id assume.

I hadn’t seen it, thanks for sharing. If the president doesn’t take action he might get another national championship but this will end the way it did for Urban Meyer and Ed Orgeron… in disgrace.

There's a lot of rot going on, but that one is pretty muddy. The perpetual fixing of dangerous driving that has now resulted in someone's death is a far clearer indication of institutional lack of control.

Yeah, those legal issues are really backing up. They should impound some cars. They’re lucky to have a reservoir of legal defense funds.
