Well boys and girls(you know who you are) I got those damn jitters and I can feel a very unproductive thursday upon me. Go jackets!

I have too many things due tomorrow and Friday at school. Damn it.

I thought I had the jitters but it's just my heart. Went out of rythym last night. Maybe they will jolt it back in about 8pm tomorrow night.

I don't want anymore feelings like last Thurs. going into the 4th quarter. I was literally sick to my stomach w/ knots. Didn't even stand up for the Budweiser song. THAT bad.

I'm off tomorrow! Gonna have unproductive day at home.

I can't take another game like that one, even if this time I'm just watching on TV. Something tells me we're headed for another nail-biter, though. I'm predicting a loss just to reduce the emotional investment. I'm already prepared for some bad stuff.

I think a nail biter here isn't as bad because it's not a game that we truly expect to dominate in.
I think it also helps that there is very little chance we go up 21-0 in the first quarter. That certainly made Clemson game feel a lot worse.

+1

I stood up during the Budweiser song, but I didn't feel like it. I put as much heart into it as I could.

I have an 8am lab that lasts for four hours, and then three hours of class proceeding that. I look forward to Thursday night games more than Saturday games because of this.

I think this will be our best game to date. I watched us kick Miami around last year. I don't think we have forgotten how.

By the way, for those who did not stand for Budweiser, I did not get to sit down for a single play. Row 9, Section 109, stood for every play! I know standing is a sign of spirit and support, but I am 54 with 2 arthritic hips, one knee, and one ankle. I was in pain! Some of us old guys in the west stands sit out of necessity. Give us a break!

It will be another dog fight, we don't have Patrick Nix on our side this year.

I'm so busy right now I don't have time to get uptight about tomorrow. I'll get home from the office around 7-ish, eat dinner, grab a 'Smirnoff ICE' ...just kidding!! --grab a Miller Lite and head down to the basement just in time to turn on Wes, turn down the volume on ESPN and enjoy the game.

If it's really a dog fight then we're screwed, they're definitely way more experienced in that than our players. The Miami-VT matchup later this season should be a monster collision though.
