Why not drop some of the lower level guys from the recruiting class? Or is that borderline unethical? Also, is it possible to withdraw scholarships of current athletes? Ones that aren't cracking it in college?

I'm an amateur in recruiting so forgive the ignorance.

I guess it wasn't unethical for Tommy Bowden, but I would be extremely ashamed if Chan did such a backhanded maneuver. (I saw an article explaining how Bowden did once do this to a kid at the beginning of January and the kid now plays at a D-IAA school because of it).

Btw, Tyler Melton just hasn't been evaluated yet. A kid with offers from almost any BCS school except the absolute worst like Duke will automatically get at least two stars. And I've actually heard pretty good things about his videos.

Melton's video is solid. Great routes and incredible hands. He can go into traffic and pull anything down.

Both Melton and Donley hit it off at camp with Threet catching pass after pass from him.

I'm presuming that Threet did the throwing.

so I forgot '3 dots' or a comma after Threet.

Both Melton and Donley hit if off with Threet...catching pass after pass from him.
