Proud to be ACC

Yes, having a passionate fanbase that makes for a huge home-field advantage is such an awful thing.

GT would kill to have crowds like Miami and Louisville for every game.

Clearly we should strive to bring Miami's crowd.

Please, please, please let them beat duh U ... :fingersx:

55k capacity and all chair seats. More like an MLB ballpark than NCAA football. They also sell beer.

My question to you wishbone is this:

Who is the lucky SOB who married and then knocked up your avatar?

Just glad Louisville could spell ACC. Once saw a high school game, two actually, at Papa John's Stadium in Louisville. Kentucky high school state championships. Played around Thanksgiving. Because they take their high school football just that seriously.

Louisville is alot like Miami...their fanbase is pretty obnoxious and hard to listen to. 7/8s of their fanbase barley got through Highschool.

Always love seeing these stats.

Any documentation?

That avatar is fitness guru Jamie Eason I think, not sure if she is married but she sure does make you want to get hold of that GT shirt if she has it on, wowzers

If this is someone's GF or wife then forgive me for panting, you are one lucky guy if she is in your life

No one is going to put a pic of their girlfriend or wife on stingtalk.

I know we are supposed to be for Louisville but I would love to see them waltz into the ACC and get their ass handed to them!

I suck at trolling, is there a trolling 101 course that ST offers? How much?

Sometime, I think we sort of take being in the ACC for granted. Actually, I think that it is a big blessing. It's a Power Five conference, with some very good academic schools, too. Going from Boston to Miami and extending into the Mid-West gives the ACC great potential for growth. I still remember the day it was suddenly announced that Tech had joined the ACC. I thought it was a great thing then, and I still do. Certainly, the switch from Maryland to Louisville helped our image with regard to football and basketball. I watched the Miami at Louisville game tonight. It was good to see that the only big college football game for the nation to watch on TV tonight was an ACC game in a packed stadium, in front of fans very excited to be in the ACC. Imagine if Maryland had stayed in the ACC and that game had been Miami at Maryland. With a lot of empty seats, the ACC would not have looked nearly as good as it did tonight.
