You can tell he knows what he’s doing. Would like to see what he can do with a better OL.
and a better playcaller

The 9 play drive of 65yds in 50 seconds just before the half to get the 3 was Pyron announcing “This is my football team”.
Yes he is. Get him an OL and he's throwing for 400 YPG
I have a theory that Sims and Weinke aren't clicking whereas Pyron came in clean and Weinke's coaching is really helping. Not taking anything away from Pyron but he's making throws Sims cannot make.
Pyron wasn't perfect. He had the pick 6.
In that regard, he reminded me of Scott Sisson. Dude would be treated like a hero for kicking the game winning field goal. And people would forget about the chip shot he missed earlier.
I bet you’re a lot of fun at parties. If you ever get invited to any, that is.Pyron wasn't perfect. He had the pick 6.

Still don’t understand why Gibson got to play an entire game with this kid on the sidelines. Wtf is long and weinke doing
Jesus dude you can’t possibly watch a lot of football if you think thatPyron wasn't perfect. He had the pick 6.

A legend is born. Tis a happy day in Flatland. Enjoy and be well. Call a cab. It's really hard to believe this guy is a true freshman who was making his first start.
While he had a few bad freshman mistakes, in general he showed better poise than we've seen on the flats in some time. And of course the raw talent and effort is there as well.
