Chad A out, too? When did he get hurt?
We have lost some key dudes this season.

I just got home. Before turning on the game or checking the score, I ST’ed first to get a feel for how the game is going. By the sound of things, we’re uhm, not winning.
It’s not that bad. It’s not perfect.

We are the definition of a vanilla team. We run the exact same offense that everyone does. We just aren’t good at it even with King. No one has to prepare for us because there is nothing to prepare for. It works at UGA because of their talent level but Faulkner needs to create his own system for GT. But, the reality is he is just biding time until Bobo is fired for the 5th time and then he’ll be back in Athens.

All season! Not just two games. Our offense is nothing like it was last season, even when King has played.

Well they definitely are not going to fire the OC because the offense doesn't look like it did last season when the team is 5-2 and has been tearing it up on the ground.

I really thought Pyron would've benefited from the backup experience, but he seems to have more of a "deer in the headlights" approach than he did as a true freshman. He's playing timid both running and passing. Let it loose, Zach, because we're going to lose anyways if you don't.

The running game goes to hell to sacrifice for the punting and kicking game

You guys can’t have it all you know

It’s 14-6 against a VT team that has been playing very well overall. Losing to Vandy the way they did along with Miami, both could have easily been W’s. VT was predicted #6 in the ACC preseason as a dark horse ACC championship team.

Some of you need to stop with the “fire <fill in the blank here>” nonsense. GT is and has always been a 6-6, maybe 7-5 team this year. There are holes that need to be filled along the DL, etc on D and honestly the WR room isn’t as good as most people thought GT would be going into the season. The recruiting class and Portal additions, along with keeping King for 1 more year will show whether or not GT is trending upwards starting next year with a very manageable schedule.

Injuries have compounded the problem on O, but even with King, GT wasn’t beating ND last week.

Agreed. He looks worse than he did that first season. The few non
-screen throws he's had this game have been pretty bad, and even some of those short dump offs haven't looked great/have taken too long.

I thought Pyron was going to slot in almost seamlessly but I'd say his play is the main reason we're down 8 right now.

I would like to start beating teams from the Big East first.

If we continue playing like this we’re not making a bowl.

I said we wouldn't fire Buster because of how we looked in two games with an injured starting QB. He said it's not about these two games but how the offense looked when King was in.

When King was in the offense certainly wasn't perfect but we were 5-2 and really good on the ground. I don't think the administration will fire Buster because is that.
