wesley, i think that if you are in Row 2, that you are in the front (lower) section of 213 that overhangs the boxes. you are really at the same level, approximately as the "upper" section, but separated by a walkway and an area for physically disabled viewers

I've only moved seats once since I bought season's tickets for the first time in 2003, and both times I've been in the Upper East and I love it. I'd doubt there's a bad seat in the entire deck.
