Yeah, this is my first night posting about Collins as well. I wanted Monken, but took a wait-and-see approach for Collins.

FWIW, NIU hadn't won a game since November 2019. OTOH, I personally saw them play 11th ranked Utah tough in 2019 - very close at the half. Athough I believe they lost by two or three TDs at the end.
